Rowing: 2 Gold 1 Silver 1 Bronze at the 14th Asian Junior Championship

Indian rowers claimed 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze at the recently concluded 14th Asian Junior Championship in Hong Kong.

The junior men’s team of Prasanth Nair, Harinath Reddy, Sanjay Kholia and Mukesh Kumar clinched the gold medal in coxless fours event. Pratima Puhana and Promila Prabha Minz clinched India’s other gold in the junior women’s coxless pairs event. The junior women’s quadruple sculls won the silver and junior men’s double sculls won the bronze.

    guys u must do an intro to the sport just like uv done for archery, boxing, judo, etc. i say this cos most of us (sports followers included) dunno what is coxless fours, coxless pairs, quadruple sculls or double sculls.
